Halsey’s technical works demonstrate an idealistic approach to the 20th century. Born in 1942 in Indiana, Halsey has had quite the career. At the height of his career, he was creating his well-known silk screen serigraphs, which we are proud to be currently featuring at The Artists’ Showplace Gallery!

Halsey has an extensive background in human and creative studies. This includes master’s degrees in church history and the creative arts, along with a Ph.D. in the humanities. Over the years, Halsey has received many awards and distinctions. His artwork is featured in the collections of public and private corporations and has been featured in many museums. The Metropolitan Museum and Art, the National Gallery of Art and the Smithsonian Institute are just a few of the many distinguished venues to recognize his work.
