Calligraphy, one of the world's oldest forms of artistic writing, isn't just wedding invitations anymore. It has evolved from a strictly formal art into a more expressive one. Come see for yourself as Kaligrafos, the Dallas Calligraphy Society, exhibits the beautiful work of local calligraphy artists from April 4 through April 29 at Artists' Showplace Gallery. An opening reception will be held on Saturday, April 9 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
