Christina Yielding

Christina began painting in 2002. Her innovative techniques for creating her mixed-media paintings include using a variety of scrapers rather than brushes. Painting solely on wood, Christina builds a custom frame around every dynamic piece. Her work has been featured in both solo and group shows throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. "The boundless and infinite nature of this work frees my imagination and silences my thoughts to allow for happy accidents infused with a measure of grace that influence the finished project".
