Brad Robertson

·Born and raised in the coastal town of Mobile, Alabama. 

·Studied architecture and industrial design at Auburn University, earning his BFA in Graphic Arts in 1999. 

·Worked in Atlanta as a full-time graphic artist at a production company until 2002, when he moved back to Alabama to pursue painting full-time.

·Combines multi-layered shorelines, endless horizons and seeming portals of bold color as a personal expression of the landscape he calls home.

·Recipient of many awards, including the Juror Award at the Art Comes Alive National Competition. Placed on the Top 50 Emerging Artists list for 2014-15 by Art Business News Magazine. Winner of Space 301’s People’s Choice Award and the Lagniappe Nappie Award for Best Art Gallery two years in a row.  

·His work has been exhibited at the Orange Beach Art Center, the Koch Gallery, and the Catherine Kelleghan Gallery, all in Atlanta. Other galleries include the Octavia Gallery in New Orleans, the Thornwood Gallery in Houston, and Charlotte Fine Art in North Carolina.
