Workshop Description
In this class, you will use jewelers' tools and head pins to create your own unique dangle earrings to go with the stunning beaded necklace that you design and create. Design and composition techniques will be discussed as you select from an assortment of natural and man made beads. You will leave class with a beautiful set of earrings and a necklace and skills to go home and create more!
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Susan "Tink" O'Neal is a fun-loving artist who delights in sharing her artistic skills with others. She has been making jewelry for almost 30 years, while also earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master of Education degree from SMU. In 2006, she was featured on HGTV's contemporary crafting show Thats Clever and she has been a popular stop on the White Rock Lake Artists' Studio Tour since 2004. For the the past twelve years, she has also taught jewelry at the Creative Arts Center of Dallas. Tink is an experienced professional educator with an eclectic eye for beauty and a contagious enthusiasm for creating beautiful, wearable art.
