Antonio Sannino

Antonio Sannino was born on December 22, 1956, in Italy, where he attended the Academy of Fine Arts. After moving to England in 1979, he started his artistic career under the guidance of some of the best-known British artists, amongst whom were H. E. Marvin and J. Adler. From them, he mastered his noted classical style and well-balanced and striking palette. Returning to Italy in 1990, Sannino decided to have studios in different locations so that he could continue to travel, and travel easily.
In this frenetic age, with the general striving towards originality at any cost, Sannino is distinguished by the splendor of his classic subjects. This young artist's noteworthy achievements may be attributed to his personal method of analyzing the countryside in minute detail. Each of his works is executed with perfection and precision. Sannino manages marvelously to impart to the observer the indefinable sense of feeling in his paintings.
Sannino is a serious, professional, and extremely talented landscapist whose whole life is dedicated to painting. Few other artists have shown works in such high caliber and so numerous solo and collective exhibitions as he. Sannino is well-known throughout Italy and abroad for his skill.
